Returns and Refunds

Introduction

The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to carefully read our returns and refunds policy, drawn up in accordance with the provisions of Italian law.

Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without providing any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

  1. Withdrawal Notice : To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an explicit declaration. You can send an email to hello@tenaxpadel.com

  2. Returning Products : After communicating your decision to withdraw, you must return the products within 14 days from the date on which you communicated the withdrawal. The products must be returned intact, unused, in their original packaging and with the original label still attached.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Reimbursement

Once we have received the returned products and verified their condition, we will proceed to refund the purchase price within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection and which have been opened after delivery, or which are, after delivery, inseparably mixed with other goods.

Defective or Damaged Products

In the event of defective or damaged products, you are entitled to replacement, repair or refund of the product, pursuant to the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by the Consumer Code.

Procedure for Defective or Damaged Products

  1. Reporting : Contact us by email at hello@tenaxpadel.com within 14 days of receiving the product, providing a detailed description of the defect or damage found and, if possible, attaching photographs.

  2. Returns : We will provide you with instructions on how to return the defective or damaged product. We will cover the return shipping costs.

  3. Replacement or Refund : After receiving and verifying the product, we will proceed with the replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate.
